This site creates no accounts, accepts no payment, and uses no analytics. Here is exactly what is collected and why.
What we collect
Only what you type yourself into a quote request or a message: name, phone, and — if you provide them — email, farm name, city and free text. The list of equipment requested is attached to the request.
Your open quote
The contents of your quote are kept in your browser (localStorage), on your device. They reach Vinland only at the moment you send the request. Clearing the quote, or your browser's site data, erases it permanently.
Why
To answer your request with pricing and availability, and to handle the commercial and technical follow-up that comes from it. Your details are not sold, rented, or used for marketing unrelated to your request.
Sharing
If you choose to send your request over WhatsApp, the message passes through WhatsApp and is subject to its own privacy policy. If you send it by email, it passes through our email delivery provider. No data is passed to any other third party.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The display language is determined by the page address alone.
Retention
Quote requests are kept for as long as commercial handling and the applicable accounting obligation require, then deleted.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a right of access, rectification and objection concerning your data. To exercise it, write to us.
